Alice Turner Obituary

Turner Alice Faye Turner was born February 4, 1936 in Four Oaks, North Carolina to Sally Beasley.
At 17 years old she met the love of her life William Jerry Turner and was married for 65 years before his death 1 month prior to hers.
Alice is survived by her daughters Laura Beth Herr (Craig), Ann Cannon (James) and Kimber Goldsmith (Gary).
Grandchildren Michael Callan, Dale Walton, Jimmy Cannon (Cherl), Wayne Kelly (Ena), Tyler Bullard (Leah Rohn), Colby Goldsmith, Lilly Goldsmith, Ella Goldsmith, Kaylea Kelly, Rebecca Cannon, Seth Cannon,
Niece Susie White (Joe),
and numerous other great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her siblings Joyce Armstrong, Charles Beasley, Chubb Guin, and Cecil Barbour. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Deacon Charles Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 1pm with Rev. Philip Herr officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday evening December 10th from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral
