Barbara Jane Jesonek

Barbara Jane Carter Jesonek, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 4, 2019. She was born in Jacksonville Florida to the late Ferrell and Eloise (Campbell) Carter. She was a member of Grover Road Baptist Church and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School class of 1966. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend and will be dearly missed. Survivors include  her husband of 51 years, Jerry Jesonek; son, Bradley Jesonek (Whitney); daughters, Trescha Nichols (David), and Jerri Colbert; brothers, Raymond Carter, Earl Carter (Joyce), and Roy Carter; sister, Sheila Coker (Allen); grandchildren, Rachael ,Jordan, Bethany, Brooke, and Amber; great-grandchildren Lee, and Laney. And a host of other relatives and friends. The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, from 10 am until 11 am at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville. The Interment will follow in Campbell Harmony Cemetery, Lamont, Florida, at 2 pm.
