Betty Clark Bartley, 84, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday August 4, 2019. She was born in Jacksonville to the late Wallace and Cora (Haddock) Clark. She has lived in Jacksonville all of her life and a longtime member of Cedar Bay Baptist Church and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School class of 1952. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Ronald Bartley, sisters, Lois Mouchette, Vera Clark and Charlotte Fuller. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, and will be dearly missed by all. Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Lamb, Kimberly Keen (Ray), and Melissa Woods (Paul); sisters, Vonnie Hodges (Bob), and Maxine Ratliff (Ralph); grandchildren, Ronald, Rhonda, Ryan, Chris, Clayton, Lance, Kylie, and Wyatt; great grandchildren, Destiny, Pierson, Brayden, Ryan, Waylon, Kaylie, Chloe, Luke, Lilly, Brody, and Caden; Her wonderful care giver, Michelle Terry, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday August 8, 2019 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. Bill Tyler officiating. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
