Kelly                                                Carol Ann Kelly, 69, passed away on January 12, 2020. She was born October 20, 1950, in Lowell, Massachusetts. She then relocated to Jacksonville in 1956. She was a loving mother and devoted member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church for many years. She loved to travel and was very big Elvis fan and avid collector of Elvis memorabilia. She is survived by her partner, Billy Willis and family, and her two sons, Michael Tompkins and wife Deborah with their children Aiden, Brennen, and Cameron Tompkins and wife Carla with their children. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Wednesday January 15, at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, with Father Liguori officiating.
