Lana Forrest Obituary

Lana Michelle Forrest, 54, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 28, 2019. Lana was born in Jacksonville, FL on July 9, 1964. She graduated from Fernandina Beach High School in 1982 and has lived a number of years in Yulee, FL. Lana was Baptist by faith; loved arts and crafts, her flower garden and her cats. She was a sweet, loving person and will be dearly missed by all.
Lana was preceded in death by her mother, Jackie Woolard Sandback; her grandparents, and numerous Aunts. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Terry Joe Forrest; an aunt, Alice Woolard Peacock; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services are scheduled for Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL. Family will receive friends at 10am. Funeral Service to follow, in the chapel, at 11am with Dr. Benjamin Lloyd officiating.
