Hoffman                                    Lee Ann Hoffman, 83, “Ms Annie” passed away on Monday September 23, 2019. She was born in Estherville, Iowa in 1936 to the late Harold Alfred and Beulah Pearl (Tuell) Jones. She is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years Stanley Ross Hoffman. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend and will be dearly missed. Survivors include her sons, Allan Hoffman (Patti), Daren Hoffman (Jeanette) , Patrick Hoffman (Angie), Brian Hoffman (Sherrod), and William Joseph; brother, John Paul Jones (Jane); grandchildren Wendy Mueller, Harley Hoffman, Lacy Hoffman, Daniel Hoffman, and Zoe Hoffman; great grandchildren, Talhon, Emersyn, Layne, Jadia, Brooklyn, Olivia, and Cecilia; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday September 26 at 11am in the Chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin, Jacksonville, with Pastor Ike Mathews officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening starting at 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.
