Lynne Collins

Lynne Collins, 61, passed away Sunday morning, July 1, 2018. Her last moments were spent with her family at her side. She was born on January 10, 1957 in Jacksonville, FL and had lived in Callahan for 30 years. 
While she will forever be deeply missed, we have the comfort of knowing that she is no longer suffering and in a better place. Lynne was predeceased by her father, Harold Tanner; her sister, Pam Lankford; and sister-in-law, Linda Brown. 
Survivors include her mother, Vonnie Tanner; her husband of 43 years, Floyd Collins; daughters, Christy (Mel) McDowell and Tracy (Brian) Thomas; grandchildren, Jordyn and Kamryn Thomas, and Wyatt McDowell; father and mother-in-law, Floyd and Elaine Collins, Sr.; and sisters-in-law, Robin Brown and Beverly Collins; and many more family and friends.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Highlands United Methodist Church on Broward Rd. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.
