Mr. Randolph David Hays Sr., age 59 passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019. Randolph was born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, the son of Elmerita (Bergman) Hays and the late David Page Hays but has lived here in Jacksonville for the past fifty-seven years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend that enjoyed model railroading, and classic cars like the older Ford Mustangs.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 39 years, Tammy Hays; sons, Randy Hays (Ashley) and Dennis Hays (Racheal) all of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Scott Hays (Carol) of Champaign, IL; sister, Amy Holliman (Russell) of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Sterling, Brycelynn, Gracin, and Kaiden.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday evening, May 21, 2019 in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home with Pastor Karen Biggerstaff officiating. Fellowship with friends and family will be one hour prior to service time (6:00 pm until 7:00 pm) that same evening.
