Rebecca Irene Payne Bender, 78, passed away on March 18, 2019. She was born on November 25, 1940 in Pensacola, Fl. The daughter of Vernon O'Neal and Martha Helen (Zepp) Gresham. She was the proud mother of three sons: Herb, Richard and Ray Payne. She has five beautiful grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A celebration of Life service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 11th, 2019 in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home with Brother Paul Rockliffe officiating.
