Richard Thomas Grunz

Grunz               Richard Thomas Grunz, 75, passed away on Sunday September 15, 2019. He was born in Wheeling, WV in 1944 to the late John and Sara (Vogler) Grunz, and has lived in Jacksonville for the past two years. He was a loving father, Brother, Papa, uncle and friend and will be dearly missed by all. Survivors include his son, Richard “Rick” Grunz and wife Kristina; brother, John Paul Grunz; His partner of 17 years, Cathy Hubbs. Grandchildren Gage and Madalynne, faithful companion DeeOgee and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Saturday September 21, at 3pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville with Pastor Brian Hill officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 2pm at the funeral home.
