Thomas Perry Jr Obituary

Thomas Watkins Perry, Jr., 57, passed away on Tuesday March 27, 2018. He was born in Jacksonville Florida where he has lived most of his life. He was a veteran and served in the US Army. He was the son of the late Thomas, Sr., and Theresa Grooms Perry. He is preceded in death by his sister, Betty Jean Waters, Brother Harold "HC" Crawford. Survivors include his son, Thomas W. Perry, III; daughter, Cynthia Price (Richard); brothers, Bobby Crawford, David Crawford, Kenneth Perry, and Blair Perry. Sister, Sandra Waiwaiole; grandson, Anthony Perry; and a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 31 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonvillewith Leonard "Doc" Love officiating. Interment will be by cremation.
