William David Cooper, 57, passed away on Friday January 4, 2019. He was born in Jacksonville Florida to the late James and Norma Jean Dyal Cooper. He was employed with J.B. Coxwell Contracting Company, as a heavy equipment operator. He loved all types of Animals and the outdoors. He is preceded in death by his brother, Keith Cooper. He was a loving father, brother, uncle and friend and will be dearly missed by all. Survivors include his daughters, April Cooper and Kimberly Vaughan; brothers, James Cooper (Debra), and Rusty Cooper (Susan); niece Erica Cooper; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Thursday January 10 at 6pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Pastor Allen Carter officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening starting at 5pm at the funeral home.
