Aubrey Glyn McCall

McCall                                           Rev. Aubrey Glyn McCall, 89, passed away on Saturday July 18, 2020. He was born in Pike County, Alabama in 1931 to the late Dewey and Nina (Williford) McCall. He was a veteran and served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He graduated from Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta, Ga. and was ordained as a minister in the Assembly of God Church, and served as pastor of 7 different churches in both Georgia and Florida including Oceanway Assembly of God and Maratha Assembly of God here in Jacksonville. He is preceded in death by his first wife Mavis McCall, grandson, Mark McCall, brothers, Lawrence and Johnny McCall, and twin sisters, Mary and Martha. Survivors include his wife Linda McCall; son Roger McCall (Dareen) grandchildren, Kimberly Screws and Amy Peacock, several great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday July 23, at 12pm in the Oceanway Assembly of God 12240 Sago Avenue West, Jacksonville, FL., with Pastor Ken Barney and Pastor Wade Mask officiating. Interment with Military honors will follow in Riverside Memorial Park, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 8pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville.
