Barbara Jean Manning

Barbara J. Manning, 74, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1949 to the late William Lane and Vera Clark and has lived all her life in Jacksonville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence P. Manning, and grandson Jeremy W. Baker. Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Baker, sons, Patrick Manning, and Anthony Manning (Jamie); grandchildren, Russell Baker, Amber Baker, (Chris), Joshua Manning (Caitlin), Amanda Alverez (Elkin), Justin Manning (Bailee), Shayla Manning, Anthony Manning, Jr., and Krista Manning; 10 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters, and 1 brother. And a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 11 am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Fl., with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Hills Memory Gardens, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
