LT. BJ Beverly Jane Winter Mallory Frazier, 72, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 in the comfort of her home. She was born June 7, 1948 to the late Cleon and Anna Winter. She was born and raised in Brattleboro, Vermont. L.T. BJ dedicated 25 proud years of her life to the Jacksonville Sherriff’s Office. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by; daughters, Naomi Rosier (Victor), and Cassandra Smith (Morgan), sisters, Shirley(Brian) Barbara, Sametta (Gene); brothers, John (Doris), Jimmy (Tina), and Jerry (Sue) 6 grandchildren, Niki Warner (Jeff), Kyle Bell, Brandon Bullard (Kayla), Tessa Coleman (Curtiss), Jackson, and Mathew; 12 great grandchildren, Josie, Kylee, Marissa, Laycee, Onica, Mathew,Jr., Lillie, Jackson, Curtiss, Jr., Bentley, Ryleigh and Freya; many niece and nephews.
The Visitation will be Friday, February 26, 2021 from 6:30-8:30 pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Florida. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Evergreen Cemetery at 11 am with Reverend Jarrell Clarence officiating.
