Belinda Joanne Parker
December 2, 1951 – February 23, 2022
Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL she grew up in a large family with 7 brothers and sisters.
She worked for Prudential and IBM as a project manager for over 30 years before retirement.
She loved to travel and visit new places. Her favorite travel destinations were seeing the leaves change in the mountains and any place a cruise would take her.
She enjoyed being around her family and making others happy. Her favorite snack was chocolate cake, chocolate covered ice cream and ice cold coke.
She bravely fought cancer for over a year prior to her passing.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband Jimmy, daughter Valecia(Stephen) Hickman, Sons Eric(Lauren) Hysler and Danny (Angie) Parker, her grandchildren Hannah, Emily, Wyatt, and Vance, her sister (Barbara Brown) and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Thursday March 3, 2022 at 3pm in the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, Fl.
