Hurst - Carson Daniel Hurst, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, passed away at the age of 11, leaving behind a love and light that will never be forgotten.

Carson was truly one of a kind. He was sweet, caring, and always willing to help anyone who needed him. He never met a stranger and had a way of making people feel like they had known him forever. His heart was bigger than his years, and he was loved by so many.

Carson was a true boy at heart. He loved being outdoors and was happiest when he was outside enjoying the world around him. Whether he was casting a line, exploring outside, or simply enjoying an adventure, Carson was in his element.

He was also incredibly funny and loved making people laugh. His personality, his sense of humor, and his ability to bring joy to those around him made him an absolute joy to know. Carson had a way of leaving an impression on people, and there are countless memories of his laughter, his kindness, and the happiness he brought into the lives of others.

Carson leaves behind his loving mother, Kalli, and father, LB; his siblings, Ethan, Rancy, Drayden, and Landen; as well as many other brothers and sisters whom he gained through his blended family. He also leaves behind grandparents, extended family, and countless friends who loved him deeply.

Carson's family was bigger than a list of names. He was surrounded by people who loved him, cared for him, and considered him family. He was cherished by so many, and his absence will be felt deeply by everyone fortunate enough to have known him.

Although Carson's life was far too short, the impact he made in his 11 years was immeasurable. He taught those around him the beauty of kindness, the joy of laughter, and the importance of simply being there for others.

His family and friends will carry Carson with them in every fishing trip, every adventure outdoors, every laugh, and every memory that brings a smile through the tears.

Carson was deeply loved.

He was an absolute joy.

And he will never, ever be forgotten.

Rest peacefully, sweet Carson. Your life mattered, your love mattered, and the mark you left on this world will remain forever.

A Celebration of Carson’s Life will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Cedar Bay Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Motes officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
