Cathy- Jo Cousineau

Devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Cathy-Jo Cousineau passed away peacefully with her family at her side on June 1st, 2023 at the age of 66. Cathy-Jo was born to Hugh and Phyllis Wyatt on June 14th, 1956. True to her roots Cathy-Jo was a natural-born swimmer and met her best friend and husband, Barry, at a YMCA pool. After getting married Barry and Cathy-Jo spent years traveling and living aboard their sailboat. Once settled down had two children, Eric and Halie. All who knew Cathy-Jo would tell you of her fierce, strong, adventurous spirit and devotion to those she loved. Her warmth and charisma had an uncanny ability to make people comfortable, whether she was teaching a kid to swim or listening to a stranger's life story while waiting in line. She loved living life to its fullest and embodied the mantra “work hard, play hard” as a successful business owner and passionate vacation taker. She had an indomitable will that was an inspiration to all those around her. She is survived by her husband Barry, son Eric, daughter Halie, grandson Roen,  and daughter-in-law, Haejin.
