Philibert                                                            Cendy Ann Philibert, 52, passed away at her home on Thursday July 1, 2021. She was born in Jacksonville Florida in 1968 to Phillip and Jerry (Wugant) Theiss and has lived in Jacksonville all of her life. She was a graduate of Fernandina Beach High School and was Baptist by faith, she enjoyed the beach, plants, and animals. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend and will be dearly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her father Phillip Theiss, and brother, Joey Theiss. Survivors include her husband of 8 years, Duke Philibert; daughters, Tiffany, and Mandy Hope; mother Jerry Theiss; brother, Paul Theiss; grandchildren, Saul, and Christopher, and her best friend. Kelly Elder, and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held at 1pm on Saturday July 10, 2021 in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home Chapel 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Pastor Jim Matthews officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 12noon on Saturday
