Obituary
Charles Herndon passed away on September 8, 2024, at Kindred Hospital Green Cove Springs after a long
illness. He was predeceased by his father. Bill Herndon, his mother Eunice Herndon, his stepfather, Charlie Collins, three sisters Betty Tison, Janice Harrell, Charlotte Worsham, and one brother, Bill Herndon. He is survived by his wife Judy, son, Clinton, daughter Cara, sisters Beth Flynn (Dan), Theresa Adams (Hilton), Elva Neuenfeldt, Donna Baskette (Michael), and Debbie Scroggins, brother Jimmy Herndon along with cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 12th at 11 am in the First Coast Christian Center, 2724 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating.
