Cynthia Lou Spencer

Spencer – Cynthia L. Spencer, age 66, passed away at UF Health Jacksonville on May 26, 2026, after an illness. Her strength, kindness, and love for those around her will be remembered always.

Cynthia was a devoted sister, loving mother and proud grandmother. She touched many lives with her gentle heart. She is survived by her sister, Diane (Ray) Polatty; children, Sissy (Jason), Zach (Jeana), and Timmy; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and multiple nephews and nieces.

A Funeral Service for Cynthia will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218. Interment will immediately follow at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, FL. The family will receive friends at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
