David Lee Midyette

Midyette                                            David Lee Midyette, 79, passed away on Wednesday September 22, 2021. He was born in Jacksonville Florida to the late George and Nettie (Harris) Midyette and has lived in Jacksonville all of his life. He was a retired truck driver for Homes Lumber Company of Jacksonville. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Reba McCormic, sister, Sara Midyette Walker, brothers, Walter, George Jr (GJ), Joe Sr., Andrew (Ander) and Bernette Midyette, granddaughters, Ashley and Brittney. Survivors include his wife Annette Midyette; sons, Clinton Lee Midyette and David Midyette  (Tarra); step daughter, Christine Thomas; brother Sammie Midyette; sister, JoAnn Godwin; grandchildren, Jessica, Erica, Dustin, Marisa, Brandon, Tyler, and Christine; 16 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday October14, 2021 at 11am in Manning Cemetery, with Rev. Freddie Griffis officiating. Interment in Manning Cemetery.
