Debra Irene Montgomery

Debra Irene Montgomery, 66, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. She was born in Jacksonville Florida in 1957 to the late Joe and Annie (Meadows) McKinnon and has lived in Hilliard for the past 20 years. She is preceded in death by her brother Michael McKinnon. Debra was a graduate of Paxon High School. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend and will be dearly missed by all. Survivors include her daughters, Jenifer Montgomery (Isaiah Scott), and Melissa Montgomery Kinard (Josh); brothers, Scotty McKinnon, and Buddy McKinnon (Wanda); sister, Roxanne McCord (Wesley); her significant other, Gary Henry; grandchildren, Kendi Treitinger, Kaden Treitinger, Cameron Scott, Mariah Kinard, and Maleah Kinard; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 3 pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, Jacksonville, FL., with Rev. Larry McGinley officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday starting at 2 pm.
