Emerson                                                Devra Lynn Emerson, 69, passed away on Wednesday January 15, 2020. She was born in Selma, Alabama, to the late James and Eva (Compton) Bennett. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Emerson. She was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all. Survivors include her son, Daniel Paul Zak (Michelle); daughters, Kimberly Barron (Simon), and Robin Hope Lacaria; brother, James Rodney Bennett (Brenda); sisters, Linda Gail Yarbrough (Claudell), Peggy Diane Burress (Homer), and Christine France (Brad); grandchildren Alexander, Luke, and Kate. And a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held on Saturday January 18, 2020 at 11am in Evergreen Cemetery, using gate # 5. Father Liguori of St. Patrick Catholic Church officiating. Arrangements by Cedar Bay Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
