Our beloved Donald Paul Davis, born October 2, 1963, left us too soon on October 16, 2024. Loved and missed by his wife, Marina Bueno Valenzuela, sons Donovan Luke Davis and Dillon Paul Davis (Samantha Dinwoodie-Davis). Sister-in-law Eva Maria Bueno Valenzuela, brother-in-law Ignacio Bueno Valenzuela, sister-in-law Laura Bueno Valenzuela, brothers Mike Davis and Darrell Davis and numerous extended family friends. He is preceded in death by his best buddy (dog) Zeke, father King Walter Davis, his mother Norma Barnhill.
Donnie served 23 years in the Navy, Chief Petty Officer, after retirement he went to work for U.S. Marine Corps Facility of Blount Island and then at The Department of Homeland Security U.S. Customs and Border Protection until death. He loved his country and was very spiritual.
His hobbies were traveling, especially to Spain to be with his Spanish family, watching movies, the Miami Dolphins and playing with Zeke. He enjoyed spending time with his good friends and neighbors.
A Celebration Honoring Donnie’s Life will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at 11am In the Chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home 405 New Berlin Rd. Jacksonville FL, 32218.
The Family will receive Friends from 9-11am at the Funeral Home
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Cedar Bay Funeral Home.
