Donald Keith Latimer

Donald Keith Latimer passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Monday afternoon, January 20, 2020, in Jacksonville, Florida, at the age 76. He was born on October 14, 1943 to the late Joseph Thomas Latimer and the late Opal Christie Latimer in Greensburg, Kentucky.

He will be remembered for his endless array entertaining stories and jokes, his powerful testimony, his generous smile, and his desire to share Jesus with everyone he met and serve the Lord in all of life, especially through the ministry of the Gideons.

His memory will be cherished by his loving wife of 40 years, Mary, his daughters Jennifer (Randy) Stagner, Bonnie (Alan) Schwartz, his son Bradley (Cassy) Latimer, sister Barbara (James) Parrish, many loving grandchildren, and one great grandson. He was preceded in death by his son Terry Latimer, his sister Joyce (Charles) Spurling, and brothers Richard, Kenneth and Bobby Latimer.

In celebration of Donald’s life, the family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25 at North Jacksonville Baptist Church, 8531 N. Main St. Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
