Donna Michelle Baker was born on December 12, 1966, and passed away on April 17, 2023. She was a Jacksonville, FL native. She was a loving Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt. She is preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Barbara Manning, her husband Leland, and her son Jeremy Baker. She leaves behind 3 children, Russell and Amber Baker (Chris), and Amanda Alvarez (Elkin). 9 grandchildren - Taylor, Emily, Lily, Daisy, Jayliana, John, Breanna, Jordan, and Leland Jr. 2 brothers Patrick and Anthony (Jamie) Manning. Funeral Services for Michelle will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 6 PM at Cedar Bay Funeral Home 405 New Berlin Rd. Jacksonville, FL. With Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening starting at 5 pm.
