Donna Kayron Hall, 62, of Jacksonville passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, following a short illness. She was born March 20, 1958, in Jacksonville, Florida to Densel Ray and Kayron Booker Hall. She graduated from Ed White High School and continued her education at Florida Junior College, earning her degree from Flagler College in Public Administration. Donna retired from Duval County School Board.
She loved photography, sewing, and crafts but especially tending to her flowers and gardens. Genealogy was also a great passion for her and she spent many hours researching her family history. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Donna was a kind and selfless person always ready to help others when needed.
She was preceded in death by her son, Luke Adren Porter, and father, Densel Ray Hall. Survivors include her son Daniel Ray Porter; mother Kayron Booker Hall, brothers Gary (Ethel), Danny (Sue), Michael (Sarah), and Tommy Hall; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Donna will be remembered for her infectious laugh, never-ending smile, and her love for her sons, Luke and Daniel.
A private memorial service will be held.
