Ellen Joyce Atkins

Atkins - In memory of Ellen Joyce Schoonmaker Atkins, age 94, of Salisbury Mills, New York.  Ellen was born in Walden, New York in 1931, to Harry and Ethyl Schoonmaker.  As a former Ladies Auxiliary,  Ellen enjoyed community outreach and volunteering, a true people person. She was also employed by W.T. Grants in Vails Gate, New York.  Ellen is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Clayton Atkins. 

Ellen is survived by her sons, Clayton of Jacksonville, Florida, Harry of Mahwah, New Jersey, Michael (Susan) of Alamogordo, New Mexico, and Richard (Wendy) of Jacksonville, Florida; seven grand-children and nine great-grandchildren. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.
