Elvie Senterfitt Harden

Elvie Senterfitt Hardin, 100, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023. She was born in 1923 in Chipley Florida to the late John and Allie (McAdams) Griffin and has lived most of her life in Jacksonville. She is preceded in death by her husband Elbert Senterfitt, sons, Troy, Elbert, and Leroy, and her brothers and sisters. Survivors include her sons Coy and wife Jackie, Wayne and wife Mary, Mark and wife Kathy, and Tony and wife Lisa; daughters, Delores Burgess and husband Roff, Peggy Jeffries and Patricia Crosby, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, with Rev. Danny Baggett officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville, FL.
