Evelyn Hogan McLemore

McLemore - Evelyn Hogan McLemore, age 82, of Macclenny, Florida passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025, at Community Hospice Center for Caring at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida, on March 9, 1943, to the late Eugene Isaac Hogan and Winifred Wallace Hogan. Evelyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, cooking but more than anything, she loved spending time with friends and family. Evelyn was known for always having a smile on her face and was always willing to lend a helping hand. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Charles Lee McLemore; brothers, Gene Hogan and Robert Hogan; and sisters, Charlotte Ferrell and Shirley Corey.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Edward McLemore (Lisa), Windy McLemore, Michael McLemore (Shannon), Cameron McLemore (Becca); grandchildren, Brad Fordham, Kyle McLemore, Peyton McLemore, Keith McLemore (Rona); and great- grandchildren, Weston, Embry, Rhaelynn and Isaac.
