Jan Cecile Norris

Jan Cecile Norris, 62, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida where she had lived all of her life. She was born October 29, 1958 in Jacksonville to the late Charles Albarado, Sr. and Elsie (Richardson) Albarado. Jan was a devoted mother, loving sister and friend who loved animals, motorcycles and most of all she loved life.

Jan is survived by her sons, Michael and Aaron Norris; brother, Charles Albarado, Jr.; sisters, Joy Ryder and Judy Thibodeaux as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10 am in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville, FL., with Charles Albarado officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville.
