Jefferson Allen Masculine, 64, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on December 14, 2024, in the care of Community Hospice, after a long battle with cancer. Jeff was born on April 23, 1960, to Homer and Ellen Masculine. He graduated from Sandalwood High School and served in the United States Navy, spending most of his time at sea on the USS Nimitz, guiding helicopters to land on the flight deck. After his service in the Navy, he began working as a timekeeper for Paxon Electric, at Maxwell House. He worked his way up to project manager and then senior project manager for Miller Electric, and then later for Stellar Construction.
Jeff is survived by his wife of 38 years, Gina Gilley Masculine, and his children Erin Masculine (Danny Ramos), and Kyle Masculine (Molly Hankla), as well as his grandson, Gregory Ramos. He is also survived by his parents, Homer and Ellen Masculine, sisters, Debbie Rybczyk (Tom) and Penny Dirksen (Pete), and brother, Barry Masculine (Carolyn). He was predeceased by his son, Kevin Davis Masculine, and his brother, Homer Joseph Masculine, III.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 23 at 11:00am at Spring Glen Methodist Church, 6007 Beach Boulevard, in Jacksonville, with a reception to follow in the fellowship hall. The family would like to thank Community Hospice for their loving care and support.
