Knowles                                                           Jimmy Frank Knowles, 70, passed away on Monday November 12, 2018. He was born in Macon, GA, to the late James and Earlene Byrd Knowles and has lived all of his life in Jacksonville. He retired from FCCJ College in 2010 after 39 years of service. He attended Andrew Jackson High School, he loved fishing, NASCAR and his Hotrod. He was a loving husband, father, brother, papa, and friend and will be dearly missed by all. He is preceded in death by his brother, George Knowles and sister, Debbie Knowles. Survivors include his wife of 32 years Samantha Knowles; son, AJ Tyler (Bambi); daughters, Tammy Knowles, (Thomas), Tracey Knowles Whitter, and Carly Lopez (Carlos); brothers, Roy Knowles (Terry), and Steve Knowles; sisters, Phyllis Adkinson (James), Judy Knowles, Brenda Taylor Knowles, Tina Krupar (Mike), Shirley Ellis (Randy) and Teresa Crews;  grandchildren, DeAnna, Dakota, Colby, Courtney, Brandon, Chloe, Blake, and Conner, great grandchildren, Addison and Leanna; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Friday November 16, 2018 at 6pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends starting at 5pm on Friday at the funeral home.
