John “Scott” Bullard, 50, passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. He was born November 29, 1969 in Jacksonville, FL to Joseph (Joe) & Joyce (Sue) Bullard. Scott had lived his life in Jacksonville and graduated Terry Parker High School. After, he attended Andrew College on a tennis scholarship and Florida State College of Jacksonville (FCCJ) where he played baseball. Scott went on to be drafted by The Houston Astros Organization, there he pitched for 3 years before undergoing Tommy John surgery. He then went on to start Bullard Fence Company side by side with his brother and business partner, Sean. Together over the next 20 years they worked hard building Bullard Fence from the ground up into the success it is today. When Scott wasn’t working he enjoyed spending his time with family & friends, playing golf, and cooking out.
He is preceded by his beloved mother Sue and grandmother “Granny”. Survivors include his daughters, Jourdan McKenzie, Madison Kaye and Amelia Lyn; sons, Brant Allen and Tristan McKade; father, Joe Bullard; sister, Shea Bullard and brother, Sean Bullard (Lisa); nieces Chandler Blaise and Ashlyn Daylee; many cherished aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Scott’s life will be announced in the future due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Interment will be by cremation.
