Kelly Crosby Obituary

Kelly Ann Crosby, age 57, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019 at UF Health Jacksonville. Kelly was born in Tallahassee, Florida, the daughter of Forrest O. and Barbara [Medlin] Stephens. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her Lord & Savior, her family, country music, and Elvis.

Survivors include her husband, John Crosby Jr.; son, John Crosby III (Britnie); daughter, Jessica Adams; grandchildren, Zachary Adams & Gracie Montgomery

Memorial services will be conducted at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 14, 2019 in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
