Glass – With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Kenneth “Ray” Glass, age 68, on September 26, 2026. He was a devoted husband, loving father and stepfather, grandfather and a man whose faith was the foundation of his life.
Ray was a strong and steady presence to all who knew him. He loved his family deeply and demonstrated that love not only through his words, but through a lifetime of devotion, sacrifice, encouragement, and unwavering support. As a husband, he cherished his wife and remained a faithful companion through all of life’s joys and challenges. As a father and stepfather, he embraced his family with an open heart and took great pride in the lives of his children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.
Ray’s faith was an essential part of who he was. He trusted in God, sought to live according to his beliefs, and found strength and hope in his relationship with the Lord. His faith shaped the way he loved others and gave him a quiet strength that those around him will remember.
He will be remembered for his strength, loyalty, kindness, and steadfast love for his family. His presence brought comfort and security, and his example left an enduring mark on everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.
Though our hearts are broken by his absence, we find comfort in knowing that Ray’s faith has carried him home. His memory will live on in the hearts of his beloved wife, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
Ray’s life was a gift, his love was a blessing, and his legacy will continue through the family he cherished so dearly. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered until we meet again.
Ray is survived by his wife, Christie Glass; sons, Ryan Glass (wife, Jennifer and grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Geretha, and Thomas); Stephen Glass, (grandchildren, Ian and Bronwyn); stepsons, Justin Fallin (wife Blain) and Matthew Dean; stepdaughters, Rachel Fallin (grandchild, Sawyer) and Tami Smith (husband, Justin and granddaughter, Joely); and his sister, Jerri Conway (husband, Guy).
The tribute above was prepared by Ray’s loving family.
