Lenora Jones Fugitt

Fugitt                                        Lenora Jones Fugitt, 71, passed away on Sunday May 23, 2021. She was born in Fernandina Beach, Florida in 1950 to the late John and Hazel (Kennedy) Jones and has lived in Jacksonville most of her life. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Fugitt, brothers, James Harold Jones and William David Jones. She graduated from Fernandina Beach High School class of 1967 and was member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church. Survivors include her sons, Barry Fugitt, Greg Fugitt (Wendy), and Adam Fugitt; brothers, Robert Jones (Christie), and Danny Jones; sisters, Sandra Clarke, and Joan Murphy (David); grandchildren, Bryce Ray, Madison Renee, and Jacob Maddox Fugitt, Step grandchildren, Zachary Hale and Johnathon Hale; great grandchild, Remi, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 10am in the North Jacksonville Baptist Church with Dr. Herb Reavis, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Hughes Cemetery Yulee, FL. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon May 30, from 3pm until 5pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville.
