Linda (Gonzales) Parcell

Linda Parcell, 68, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed peacefully in her home, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Linda was born on June 24, 1953, in San Antonio, Texas, to Casimiro and Josephine Gonzales. Linda spent her days taking care of her husband and children, but also worked for some time out of the home in various occupations, but her family was her joy. 
Linda married her true love, Joe, on November 24, 1972, but met many years before, and spent their lives dedicated to each other and their children. They shared a love for traveling, movies, making homemade tamales and flour tortillas, and just spending quality time alone and with their family. Their love and passion could be seen and felt by just looking at them together.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, older brother Steven Gonzales, and her daughter Tanya Parcell. Linda will be missed so much by her husband Joe, daughter Catrina (Willie), son Joseph Jr. five granddaughters: Brianna (Kenny), Ashley, Taylor, Isabel, and Alexis; five grandsons: Austin, Isaac, Tyler, Dylan, and Trevor; 4 beautiful great-grandchildren: Lilah-Mae, Darrell, Jameson, and one on the way; five brothers: Richard, Robert (Susan), Nick, Frank (Maria), and Eddie (Diane) and one sister: Elizabeth, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. 
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021, at Gardenview Baptist Church. Memorial Services will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m.
