Lloyd Dempsey Williams, Jr.

Williams                             Lloyd Dempsey Williams, Jr., passed away on Sunday November 17, 2019. He was born in Savannah, GA., to the late Lloyd Sr., and Katherine (Towles) Williams. He has lived in Jacksonville most of his life and enjoyed fishing, hunting, motor cycles and spending time with family. He also enjoyed his Miller High Lite Beer. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Barbara; sons, Lloyd Williams III, Kenneth Williams (Jonnette Taylor), and Michael Williams, Sr. and wife Sharon; daughters Sherry Carter and husband (Saul), and Tammy Valenzuela; brothers, Johnny Williams, Arthur Usher, Jimmy Williams, William Usher, and Jerry Usher; sisters, Judy Usher, Madilyn Usher, Misty Williams, Tony Williams, and Terry Williams; 14 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild on the way, and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Saturday November 23, 2019 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. James Horne officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 10am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
