Mitchell                      Lorene Evelyn Mitchell, 85, passed away on Thursday June 2, 2022 with her loving family at her side. She was born in 1937 in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the late Alvin and Gladys Willis. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence , daughter Lilly Nobles,son in law, James, one granddaughter, one great granddaughter and 2 great grandsons, 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Survivors include daughters, Linda and Brenda, sons, Lawrence, Herbie (Renee), Jim (Pam), grandchildren, Evelyn, Robert, Jeanie, Bobby, Jr. (Sharon), Scooter (Annette), Julie, Cindy, Angel, Brenda Sue, Robbie, Mary, Nick, Amy, Little James, Serenity, Amanda, Shawn, Kristan, Amber, Brandon, Bella, Marcus, Malaki, Neytiri, Destiny, Austin, Lucas, Tristan, William, Thelma, Aiden, Beanie, Cheyanne, Haylea, Madison, Hunter, Evan, Leigh, Madilyn, Ej, Brian, Linda, Alex, Noah, Savanna,Charlotte, Kendall, Logan, Mason, Jackson, George, Ashley, Josh and Billy; and one very special friend, Pam Dutton, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday June6, 2022 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville,. The family will receive friends on Monday morning starting at 10am. Interment will follow in Evergreen cemetery, Jacksonville.
