Mark Anthony Manning

Mark Anthony Manning,  61, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023. He was born in 1961 in Starke, Florida, to Carlis Manning and Wanda Joy (Bell) Watson and has lived all his life in Maxville. He is preceded in death by his father Carlis Manning; uncles, Tommy Bell and Wayne Bell; aunts, Frances Waters and Janice Padgett. Survivors include his mother, Wanda Joy Watson; brother, Ricky Manning; sister, Hope Watson; nieces, Desarae Manning, Mary Manning, and Layla Watson; nephew, Ayden Manning; aunts, Kathy Bell, and Sylvia Manning; cousins, Joey Bell, April Manning, and Michael Guzman and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 9th, 2023, at 11 am in Bell Cemetery, Middleburg, Florida with Pastor Freddie Griffis officiating. Cedar Bay Funeral, Jacksonville, Florida in charge of arrangements.
