Mary Anne Creech

Mary Creech, born January 14, 1947, passed away on February 21, 2025. She leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory.  She is survived by her devoted husband William Sr. her children Tammy (Bryan) and William (Heather) and her beloved grandchildren Wyatt (Savanah) Daryn and Julie. She is now reunited with her late son, John.

Mary was a woman of adventure, warmth, and unwavering love, she found joy in the simple beauty of nature, tending to her garden with a special fondness of roses. Birds were a source of fascination for her, and she had a deep love for all animals, especially her cherished dogs, Angel and Belle, and her grand dogs Alex and Creed.

A skilled machinist, Mary, helped run a machine shop alongside her husband. Her greatest passion in life was being a mother and grandmother.  She poured her heart into her family, creating lasting memories through their many adventures together.  Whether traveling to Ocean Pond for camping trips. enjoying Las Vegas getaways with her daughter or sitting by a crackling campfire, she embraced life with enthusiasm.  Never one to be dull, she loved riverboat gambling, dinner theaters, and new experiences including getting her first tattoo at 60 years old.

Mary was deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others. She as passionate about helping paralyzed veterans of America. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in her name to support this cause.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, February 28th, 2025 11 am In the Chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home 405 New Berlin Road Jacksonville FL, 32218

The Family will receive Friends from 10-11 am at the Funeral Home
