Mary Ketus Gourley

Gourley                                          Mary Ketus Gourley, 92, passed away on Wednesday June 22, 2022. She was born in Baxley, Georgia in 1929 to the late Rube and Janie (Bowen) Jenkins and has lived in Jacksonville since 1956. She was a graduate of Baxley High School. She was a long time member of Oceanway Assembly of God where she was a member of the ladies Bible Class and was the leader of it’s prayer group. Survivors include her son, David A. Johnson; daughter, Ketus Keefer; sister, Ruby J. Rhoden (Carroll); grandchild, Rebecca Matulich (Curt), great grandchildren, Peyton Matulich, Ethan Matulich, and Reese Matulich, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday June 27, 2022 at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. Danny Baggett and Vonnelle Baggett officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday starting at 10am. Internment will follow in Deen Cemetery Baxley, Georgia.
