Michael Lee Spruill, age 69, of Jacksonville, passed away on September 18, 2023. He was born on April 3, 1954 in Grass Valley, California to Ceabo & Peggy Spruill. Mike lived his last 30 years in Jacksonville where he was a member of Spirit of Life Lutheran Church. He served in the United States Navy, was a member of the VFW and American Legion. Mr. Spruill loved fishing, the Jacksonville Jaguars and his chickens. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Margaret Spruill; son, Fred Wenk; grandchild, Makena Wenk; brother, Tony Spruill along with many other family and friends. Per his wish, he will be cremated and his cremated remains will be interred at the National Cemetery.
