Millie Faye (Amelia) Parks, 24, passed away on Wednesday May 19, 2021. She was born in Jacksonville Florida, to John and Janie (Cowart) Parks and has lived in Jacksonville all of her life. She is preceded in death by her father, John Parks, and cousins, Tisha, Candy, and John D. Parks. Survivors include her mother, Janie Cowart and step father Manny Valderrama; brother, John (Billy) Parks; sisters, Tiffany Cowart, Tatianna Valderrama and Trinity Valderrama; maternal grandparent, Faye Cowart, paternal grandparent, Faye Parks, and Manuel & Leticia Valderrama as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Millie loved fishing and being outdoors. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday May 25, 2021 at 6pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday Evening starting at 5pm.
