Noel Thomas Leclerc

Noel Thomas LeClerc, age 59, of Jacksonville Florida, passed away on June 6 th , 2023.
Noel was born in Bristol Connecticut on September 27 th , 1963. He moved to Jacksonville Florida in 1979,
where he and his beloved wife of 41 years Sally LeClerc remained. Noel worked as a packer and die
cutter at Mac Paper Company for 42 years.
Noel was not a man to constantly wear a smile on his face, but he loved with his whole heart. His family
are left with fond memories of days spent with him on his boat in Black Creek, spending time on the
Santa Fe River and watching football and wrestling. His hobbies over the years also included riding
motorcycles, traveling, listening to music while cooking on his grill, and spending time with his family.
Noel is preceded in death by his Parents Donald and Judith LeClerc, his sister Nicole Downs, and his
daughter Stephanie LeClerc. He is survived by his wife, Sally LeClerc, son Christopher LeClerc,
grandchildren Kelsie and Aiden Blair, Sister Michelle Joyner, Nephews Matthew LeClerc, Clay Joyner Jr.
and David Joyner.
A Memorial Service will be held at Cedar Bay Funeral Home on June 15 th , 2023, at 6:00 pm.
