Oluchi Adaeze Ellamay Odume

Our sweet and sassy Oluchi Adaeze Ellamay Odume, was born 11/13/24 and went back to Heaven to live with our Heavenly Father 11/23/24. She was born a fighter and was so very strong, she fought the fiercest fight. We believe she came into this world with a warrior spirit! God just loved her too much to risk her not returning back to Him; so, He called her back early. She was one of His elect spirits and God has big plans for our Oluchi in Heaven; that only she is trusted to accomplish. We are proud to have been the parents of one of God’s elect spirits and that He trusted us enough to be the parents for her, and not just on Earth but, for all time and all eternity as well. She has fought the good fight and will be exalted. We know we will see her again someday and we look forward to that day with all our hearts. Families are forever and although she will be sorely missed here, we are 100% confident we will be reunited again someday in Heaven. Her short life was meaningful and impactful. She has affected the hearts of so many around the world who have come together in unity of faith for a single purpose: to pray for a miracle. God has heard and has answered our prayers. There has been countless miracles and tender mercies from God along this turbulent journey. We have been told many times that she would not make it to birth and that she had a zero percent chance of survival because of her size, but because of the faith of the masses, God proved that miracles do still happen today. Despite her only being 10.66oz at birth she not only survived she thrived for 10 days! And gave us more joy and happiness than we thought possible in such a short time. 

Oluchi is forever engraved in our hearts and minds and although her time with us was short we thank God for the time He did give us with her. Families are eternal and will meet again, for now she will rest well in the arms of Jesus. Oluchi, Mommy and Daddy are so proud of you and we Love you beyond measure. Until we meet again, you will always and Forever be in our hearts. We Love You for all eternity.
