Thomas – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Pat “STG” Thomas, on June 18, 2026, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was 73 years old. He was the son of the late Matthew Thomas and Amilta Ettienne of Woodford Hill, Dominica.
Pat will be remembered by his loving wife, Thelma, and his eleven cherished children; two sons, Garvin and Brady; and his nine daughters, Rosemond, Rosemar, Vincia, Lisa, Sharlene, Athlene, Jade, Heather, and Nancy.
He also leaves to mourn his daughters-in-law, Karen Armstrong and Nadia Charles; and his sons-in-law, Alleyne Polydore, Leonard Degallerie, Zack Albert, Andrew Williams, and Steven Labrecque.
Pat was blessed with seventeen grandchildren: Ryan, Ryle, Kheanah, Khechelle, Kheniah, Giovanni, LaJaunte, Jayden, Ethan, Aliyah, Kyla, Naveya, J’slene, Harrmon, JoDee, Jahkel, JahKoi, Niah, and Kirstin; and two great-grandchildren, Giovanni Jr. and Sénae. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary (Rosie), Veronica (Reema), Cynthia (Sill), and Theresa (Gotty); and his brothers, Alleyne, Paul (Irwin), Michael (Ash), and Gerald (Woyo). He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, Elizabeth, Tamisha, Mary, Curllyne, Jamila, Sarah, Diane, Tessa, Ronelle, Tashika, Delita, Eslyn, Aldith, Sarita, Marsha, Nichola, Deinia, Nazarene, Paulina, Merlin, Vanessa, Joan, Audrey, Anna, Annette, Petra, Lynda, Elise, Cece, Sherma, Bessy, Maratine, Ulina, Maretta, Davina and his nephews, Richardson, Kerdin, Dale, Franco, Fitzroy, Greville, Jamal, Denzel, Keyman, Abdul, Liam, Greg, Robert, Jeffery, Darwin, Jeffrey, Clancy, Mitchel, Collin, Arlington, Daniel, Randell, Wilson, Derrick, Dorian, Reginald, Roosevelt, Noctan, Achilles, Pavoix, Nobert, Byron.
Dear friends Percy, Peter, Val, Smith, Marcus, Sico, Papa Zoe, Alick, Kenny, Quincy, Lewis, Louis, Marianna, Augustina, Nerle, Ursuline, Meridith, Allison, Rhea, Jackie Girl, and Carmen. He also leaves behind many cousins, relatives, and friends whose lives he touched in meaningful ways.

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., at Cedar Bay Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
