Richard Gordon Furman, Jr.

Furman                      Richard Gordon Furman, 66, passed away on Monday July 19, 2021. He was born in Jacksonville Florida in 1955 to the late James and Ruby Furman and has lived in Jacksonville all of his life. Richard enjoyed fishing, riding his jet ski on the lake he raised his family on and the beach as well as spending time with family. He is preceded in death by his sister Nancy Peyton and Brother Gregory James Furman.  Survivors include his wife Patricia; sons, Richard Furman (Ashley), Christopher Furman, and Timothy Furman (Marina); brother, James Furman; grandchildren, Hayden, Timothy, Jr., Christopher, Jr., Raina, and Selena. And a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held on Monday July 26, 2021 at 6pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 5pm
